What you’ll do:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of the IT Grundschutz based information management system in line with BSI standards.
• Execute compliance checks and reviews, supporting documentation and reporting processes.
• Conducting risk assessments and contribute to crafting response strategies.
• Provide support and guidance to internal teams on Grundschutz-related queries and practices.
• Help enforce security policies and procedures to ensure adherence to established standards.
• Assist in responding to security incidents and aid in incident management processes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Support the continuous improvement process

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• Good understanding of IT security principles and BSI IT-Grundschutz.
• 4+ years experience in IT security environments.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about learning and further developing expertise in IT Grundschutz and Cloud compliance.
• Relevant introductory certifications such as CompTIA Security+ are beneficial.
• Fluent in German and English
• Can do attitude, with high willingness to learn and develop.
