Das werden deine Aufgaben sein

• Du unterstützt den Chief Business & Delivery Officer (CBDO) von CS&D Deutschland als Project Management Office (PMO)
• Du lernst von unseren erfahrenen KollegenInnen die Grundlagen und Methodiken um zukünftig eigenständig erfolgreich Projekte zunächst intern zu leiten. Später sind auch Einsätze in Kundenprojekten möglich.
• Du erhälst einen sehr weiten Einblick in die Arbeit des Leitungsteam CS&D Deutschland
• Dazu gehören Aktivitäten wie die Planung von Projekten, Durchführung von Workshops, Erstellung von Entscheidunsunterlagen, Projekt Dokumentationen, Projektplänen, Steering Boards, und vieles mehr
• Die Projekte stehen alle im Zusammenhang mit der SAP internen Transformation des Bereiches CS&D Deutschland
• Neben diesen typischen Projektaktivitäten kannst Du je nach individuellen Interessen und Stärken Deinen Aufgabenbereich erweitern, bspw. in der Vertriebsunterstützung oder bei der Erarbeitung innovativer Consulting Services

Das solltest du mitbringen

• Hochschulabschluss der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen
• Interesse an aktuellen technologischen Themen und Digitalisierungstrends
• Analytisches, strukturiertes und kreatives Denkvermögen zur Lösung komplexer Anfragen
• Eigenmotivation, hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und die Bereitschaft, vorhandene Fähigkeiten auszubauen, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und fachliche Verantwortung zu übernehmen
• Souveränes Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Reisebereitschaft zunächst ca. 10-20% später in Kundenprojekten bis zu 80%

Wir sind Trusted Adviser für unser Management Team und haben die Hauptaufgabe die Transformation von CS&D Deutschland zu einer Adoption & Consumption treibenden Services Organisation zu gestalten.
