What you’ll do

The Suite Product Management team leads the suite-first efforts for a harmonized and integrated SAP Business Suite to achieve a seamless suite experience for our end-users, IT users and ecosystem. The team drives the delivery of delightful integrated business processes and the implementation of suite qualities.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager (f/m/d) with a technical solution architecture background, who will be leading a very experienced and technical-focused product management team.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Drive and lead the technical and architectural topics within the Suite Product Management team
• Co-lead several workstreams to drive suite qualities across SAP cloud products
• Work closely together with customers and partners
• Manage a distributed team (e.g., Germany, India) of product managers, architects, and project managers
• Coordinate and oversee daily team activities, setting priorities to ensure task completion in alignment with organizational goals
• Collaborate with other functional and non-functional teams across Product Engineering and other board areas.
• Develop your team by coaching and supporting team members in identifying development opportunities and helping them to achieve their career goals
• Create a learning environment that allows everyone to grow and live up to new challenges

What you bring

• Master’s degree or equivalent in information technology, computer or natural science, engineering or equivalent subject
• 7+ years of professional work experience in product management and/or solution architecture topics
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading/ managing a team
• Good understanding of SAP Business Suite with its related suite qualities and integrated business processes
• Excellent knowledge in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP Business Technology Platform
• Fluent English language skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers, partners and internal teams
• Effective networking, and facilitation skills on all levels and across unit and board area boundaries
