SAP Customer Experience helps to build trusted relationships between brands and their customers to unlock a new world of digital innovation, customer value, and sustainable growth. The unit’s mission is to revolutionize the front office and bring it together with SAP S/4HANA. Across SAP Customer Experience we seek talent who want to innovate, be disruptive, and who support mutually agreed upon goals and ambitions.

As part of SAP’s Commerce unit the Suite and Integration team helps to drive innovation and excellence in cross-domain, end-to-end business processes by delivering seamless and scalable integrations for SAP Commerce Cloud. We provide a stable and integrated test landscape and a high degree of test automation thus enabling the testing of Lead to Cash, Intelligent Enterprise Technology Guidelines and integrated industry solutions.

What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP CX Suite & Integration iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Research AI Tools & Capabilities for Software Validation
Work Area: Software-Quality Assurance

In this role, you’ll:

• Research on available AI tools & capabilities for software validation at SAP
• Understand the business requirements
• Evaluate solutions and create a decision proposal for future implementation by the validation team

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Interest in Quality Management, Software Testing and Process Validation
• First experiences with AI Tooling and usage of AI offerings in day-to-day life or structured learning as part of university offerings
• English - fluent
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with geographically distributed teams seamlessly
• Experience in one or more programming / scripting language(s) will be an advantage

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
