WHAT YOU'LL BUILD
The Partner Delivery Manager (f/m/d) is closely aligned with the Global Head of the Fieldglass Partner Ecoystem.
This role requires driving the strategic expansion and excellence of SAP Fieldglass delivery capabilities across the EMEA partner ecosystem. This role combines strategic partnership management with hands-on delivery governance to accelerate partner-led implementations and establish best practices for Fieldglass solutions across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Partner Ecosystem Development:
- Lead Competency Framework Implementation: Collaborate with Fieldglass Portfolio Enablement and Partner Solution Adoption teams to design, implement, and drive adoption of a comprehensive competency framework across the EMEA partner ecosystem
- Scale Partner Certification Programs: Strategically expand and optimize partner certification initiatives to achieve an increase in certified, qualified Fieldglass consultants, ensuring consistent delivery quality and methodology adherence
- Partner Performance Analytics: Leverage HPI platform improvements to establish robust partner engagement metrics, competency tracking, and performance dashboards that inform strategic partnership decisions
Delivery Excellence & Governance:
- Oversee Partner-Led Project Success: Provide governance and strategic oversight for partner-led Fieldglass implementations, ensuring alignment with SAP's delivery excellence standards and customer success metrics
- Escalation Management & Resolution: Serve as primary escalation point for complex partner delivery challenges, implementing systematic resolution processes that reduce project bottlenecks and improve time-to-value
- Quality Assurance Leadership: Establish and monitor quality gates, delivery methodologies, and best practices across all partner-led engagements
Innovation & Knowledge Leadership:
- "Stay Certified" Program Integration: Champion the inclusion of Fieldglass solutions in SAP's broader "Stay Certified" initiative, ensuring partners maintain cutting-edge expertise in evolving platform capabilities
- Master Class Development: Co-create and deliver comprehensive "Master Class" curriculum for advanced Fieldglass partner delivery, establishing industry-leading training standards
- Thought Leadership: Represent SAP Fieldglass at industry events, partner forums, and customer engagements to drive market awareness and adoption
Operational Excellence:
- Cross-Regional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Global Partner teams across EMEA to ensure seamless customer experiences and accelerated deal closure
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive landscape, customer feedback, and regional market trends across EMEA to inform partner strategy and capability development priorities
- Performance Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance partner productivity, customer satisfaction scores, and implementation success rates
WHAT YOU BRING
- University degree or comparable experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in the area, Presales, Customer Engagement, Product Management or Support, including cloud-related experience
- Solid in-depth knowledge of the SAP Fieldglass solution portfolio and SAP Cloud Solutions background
- Proven track in working with Customers or Partners in complex technical engagements
- Good project management and Customer or Partner management competencies.
- Good network within SAP and the cloud delivery teams
- Very good communication and presentations skills
- Fluent English language skills are mandatory, additional languages advantageous.
