The Data and Reporting Analyst Intern will play a vital role in supporting the Chief of Staff by collecting, analyzing, and presenting data in a clear and actionable manner. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while contributing to strategic projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Management:
   • Collect and compile data from various sources to support executive reports and presentations
   • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular quality checks
   
   
2. Data Analysis:
   • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
   • Use statistical tools to interpret data sets and prepare reports
   • Support the Chief of Staff with data-driven insights
   
   
3. Reporting and Visualization:
   • Create and design dashboards, charts, and infographics to present data effectively
   • Develop and maintain regular reports for the executive team
   • Simplify complex data into clear, concise, and visually engaging formats
   
   
4. Monitoring Cloud Services Usage:
   • Monitor adoption and consumption of cloud services for target customers
   • Help Identify adoption and consumption gaps in usage to help the business identify areas for improvement
   
   
5. Support Strategic Projects:
   • Assist in various strategic projects by providing data analysis and insights
   • Collaborate with different departments to gather necessary information and data
   • Contribute to ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Language Proficiency: English and any other international language is a plus
