What You’ll Bring

In this role, you will:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities across multiple workstreams.
- Maintain project documentation and dashboards (timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies).
- Collect and document stakeholder requirements; capture meeting notes and track action-item closure.
- Manage and update Azure DevOps Kanban boards to keep work items current and aligned with plans.
- Create concise presentations, status summaries, and process guides for stakeholders.
- Assist with governance meetings and Agile activities, including Scrum ceremonies.
- Adapt to evolving priorities; take on new tools, tasks, and software as projects progress.
Who You Are
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You enjoy meaningful, innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Position Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; able to tailor messages to global, cross-functional audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across diverse, remote teams and time zones.
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software/tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Office 365).
- Able to work independently without constant supervision, meet deadlines, and manage priorities.
- Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and accountability in all tasks and interactions.
- Familiarity with Agile practices and Kanban concepts (preferred).
Additional Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of project management principles (scheduling, risk management, requirements gathering).
- Knowledge of ITIL or service management concepts.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, dashboards, PowerPoint).
- Awareness of DevOps and CI/CD concepts (nice to have).
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills in dynamic environments.

- Scheduling & Budgeting: Experience or understanding of timeline creation, tracking, and basic budgeting principles.

- Basic Data & Reporting: Excel, dashboards, PowerPoint, and data interpretation.
Additional Helpful Knowledge
- CI/CD & DevOps Awareness: Basic understanding of pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or IaC may be beneficial.
- ITIL / Service Management Concepts: Especially relevant given the CTW & Service Management context.
- Documentation Excellence: Clear, concise writing for process guides, user manuals, and governance deliverables.
- Quality Assurance Orientation: Attention to compliance requirements and continuous improvement focus.

- Education: Pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field (Bachelor's or Master's).
