What You'll Do
Join the SAP Academy for Security & Compliance – a two-year rotational program designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals. You’ll gain hands-on experience across SAP’s security and compliance divisions:
Cybersecurity : Defend SAP’s digital infrastructure through incident response, threat intelligence, forensics, and vulnerability management.
Physical Security : Safeguard global facilities and employees with access control, surveillance, and emergency planning.
Security Risk & Compliance : Shape SAP’s compliance posture by developing policies, monitoring controls, and conducting audits.
A unique highlight of the program is the international rotation . You’ll spend part of your journey at one of SAP’s global locations, where you will:
Work in a multicultural environment
Gain cross-cultural communication skills
Build a global professional network
Learn to adapt security and compliance strategies to diverse regional contexts

What You Bring
We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to grow into future leaders in security and compliance. Requirements include:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Public Safety, Security/Crisis Management, or related fields
Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Leadership potential and proactive attitude
Organizational strength and team spirit
Proficiency in English and German is a plus
