- Degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human Computer Interaction or comparable fields
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in conducting user research, preferably in a business software context

- Experience with applying a variety of both qualitative and quantitative user research methods
- Experience with different research tools (e.g. UserZoom, Respondent, Dovetail)
- Experience in the area of ERP software and/or working in the product operating model is a plus

- Excellent communication skills in German and English

You are a dynamic and strong team player with good writing, presentation, and time management skills. You feel comfortable working and communicating in international and cross-functional teams. You can effectively engage and convey findings to cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.

Meet your team:

You work in an international team with highly motivated and creative user researchers in close collaboration with our UX design teams. Besides of UX colleagues, you work very closely with your product management and engineering counterparts, particularly in the Finance area. Your team is predominantly conducting user research projects for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
