What you'll do

• Financial Portfolio Planning
• Financial forecast
• Aligning with the IT managers on forecast or any changes of financial planning
• Operational tasks which are financial portfolio related and active collaboration across teams within Technology Services, an organization within internal IT
• Create and present the finances to senior management
• Travel request handling and support for the team and management, travel expense handling for selected managers
• Creation and tracking of purchasing approval requests (spend council, GPO Exception)
• Supporting external workforce financial operations

What you bring

In this paid role we’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• At least 1 year of work experience in Finance, Controlling, Financial Operations or Accounting area, ideally in a Tech company
• Proficiency with MS Office Tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT)
• Willingness to learn SAP products like BW & ISP
• Proficiency with Fieldglass is a plus
• Flexible mindset to support the tasks and projects of priority
• Strong communication and networking skills. You should feel comfortable pro-actively reaching out and communicating with colleagues and leadership team members to get their input

You will be part of the Solution and Portfolio Planning Team and ensure financial excellence and portfolio planning of the Technology Services as well as streamline the financial process
