What you'll build

We are looking for a working student, who will support operational projects in the Cloud ERP Product Success team.

• Support our operational and controlling topics such as Budget Monitoring; Cost reporting and forecasting; Project Staffing and Monitoring
• Support for ad-hoc administrational and team-related tasks
• Conduct data analysis, creation of reports, presentations, and documents on ad-hoc level for our management team
• Build strong interaction across the Product Success team as well as with team-internal and other stakeholders with the intention to support current projects and initiatives as needed

What you bring

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious.

• You are ready to work > 6 months with the team
• Preferred fields of study: Business and/or Business Administration
• Language requirements: Fluent in English, German as a plus
• Desired skills / experience to be successful in this role: Analytical mindset, structured, result-oriented working, team player, can work in global and multi-culture environment

Qualifications for the role:

• Profound skills in Microsoft Office Excel, familiar with PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams (Must-Haves)
• No programming
• Regular working in the office

The Cloud ERP Product Success Organization is a globally set-up team and acts as the voice of our customers. Our mission is to work with and for customers and partners to bring the best out of our organization and our product and improve the customer experience every day. Our P&E Solution Architects support the implementation projects via direct and indirect impact to ensure successful go-lives, and on the other side help Product Management and Engineering teams with hands-on knowledge and feedbacks from customer projects. Key programs include our Customer Care programs for Cloud ERP and Cloud ERP Private, Customer Advocacy programs, Expert Enablement, Customer-like testing, and many more.

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
