What you'll do

Join us as a Working Student in Communications and help us make complex ideas simple, engaging, and accessible.
As part of our Application Design team, you will play a key role in shaping how we communicate and share knowledge across the organization. Your work will ensure that our design initiatives are clearly understood, accessible, and impactful. From setting up and maintaining our SharePoint presence to creating engaging roll-out materials, you will help bring clarity and consistency to our communications. This role is about making information easy to find, easy to understand, and inspiring to act on—helping teams work smarter and deliver better experiences for users worldwide.
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Communications, Design, Business, or related field
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); familiarity with SharePoint or similar platforms; knowledge of basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) or content management systems is a plus
- Language skills: Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken); German language fluency is an advantage
- Ability to create clear, visually appealing communication materials
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Working from Walldorf office is required at least 1-2 days

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
