What you'll do

You will support an international team of internal experts and developers with the development, documentation and monitoring of applications. These are used to drive internal processes with the production and publication of learning materials of SAP Learning.

You will have the chance to gather experience in an agile environment and your tasks will be:

• Enhancement of PHP applications, Django applications, and Python scripts
• Understand and work with existing codebase and workflows to ensure compatibility and continuity
• Assist in automating database updates from Excel data files using Python
• Code Management in GitHub
• Technical and workflow documentations of the applications

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Computer science or similar
• Proficiency with Python scripts for various tasks, including automation and data manipulation
• Experience with pandas for data processing and analysis
• Familiarity with Django for creating and managing web applications
• Experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing features in PHP applications
• Basic knowledge: MySQL, JavaScript, Apache, CSS, Git
• Language skills: English fluent, German is a plus
• We are looking for a candidate who excels in: Collaborating effectively with teams, communicating technical ideas clearly, solving complex problems with attention to detail, adapting to dynamic project needs, managing time efficiently, and maintaining self-motivation to independently drive tasks to completion

Meet your team

We are a team of internal experts and developers within the SAP Learning Organization who develop tools and services for publication and deployment of learning materials to different learning platforms, such as SAP Learning Hub or learning.sap.com.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
