We are seeking a motivated and talented working student to join our dynamic team at SAP BTP Technology Foundation. This role involves collaborating closely with ABAP developers to create comprehensive technical documentation and other deliverables such as graphics and videos.

• Documentation Support: Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for ABAP, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• AI Documentation: Support the development of documentation related to AI technologies and integration within ABAP.
• Guideline Creation: Aid in the creation and update of guidelines for deliverables, ensuring consistency and quality across documentation.
• Customer Stories: Conduct research for various customer stories to highlight the impact and applications of our technologies.
• Video Creation: Assist in the production of educational and informative videos to enhance understanding and engagement with our products.
• Graphics Design: Support the creation of visual aids, such as diagrams, flowcharts, and infographics, to complement technical documentation

What you bring

• Education: Enrolled in a degree program related to technical writing, translation, or a similar field.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise documentationEnglish Writing Skills: Proficiency in English, with an emphasis on technical writing.
• Independence and Collaboration: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Programming Experience: Knowledge of programming languages is a plus.
• DITA/XML Experience: Familiarity with DITA (Darwin Information Typing Architecture) or XML is advantageous.

We provide guidance and services to run our products onPrem and in the cloud. Therefore we are working on the Technical Documentation, Cloud Enablement processes and Site Reliability Engineering.

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
