What you'll build

As a Working Student in the Partner Office / Leadership Team, you actively support the operational backbone of a global partner organization. Your work enables structure, clarity, and visibility across partner-related initiatives. By supporting reporting, content creation, and knowledge sharing, you help teams collaborate more effectively and stay focused on what matters most.
By enabling better collaboration and clearer communication, you help people work more efficiently, reduce friction in daily operations, and create space for meaningful progress. Your work supports real people doing real work, every day.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Computer skills / Programming languages: Microsoft Office especially Power Point Skills
• Language skills: Fluent in English
• Soft skills: team player, expert in organizing, creative
• Working from the office is not required

The Partner Office supports global partner management by providing structure, clarity, and operational excellence. Our mission is to enable teams to work efficiently, share knowledge transparently, and tell impactful stories about collaboration and outcomes.
Our daily work includes reporting, content coordination, success story development, and maintaining internal knowledge platforms. We act as a connective layer across teams, ensuring alignment, follow-up, and high-quality execution.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
