What you'll build

This is a hands-on role where you will gain exposure to project management, leadership operations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Administrative Tasks:

• Plan and coordinate internal events and meetings
• Support organizational processes and documentation
  
  

Communication & Collaboration:

• Maintain and update our SharePoint site
• Assist in creating engaging content for internal communications
• Help organize and execute internal events
  
  

Operational Support:

• Work directly with the leadership team on preparing Board and L1 presentations
• Provide flexible support across Product Management and Engineering areas
  
  

As a PMO Working Student (f/m/d), you will help keep our organization connected and aligned. Your contributions ensure that leadership has the right information at the right time, events run smoothly, and communication channels remain effective. By supporting strategic initiatives and operational excellence, you enable our team to focus on delivering innovation and value to customers.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) enrolled at a university (Bachelor or Master)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
• Interest in Cloud ERP, Finance, and Project Management topics
