What you'll build

• Support business process owners to prepare process content in Signavio
• Support error resolution for reported business process content issues
• Support of the team with recurring administrative tasks, e.g. orchestration of meetings, meeting minutes, support of recurring tasks, etc.
• Functional support in the following areas:
  o Documentation support
  o Support of tasks during release deployment

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Computing or any other MINT related topic
• Language skills: fluent in English, German is a plus
• Computer skills: technical acumen, proficient with standard tools or rapid learner, process modelling experience is a plus
• Soft skills: team player, quality mindset, results orientation
• Working from the SAP office in Walldorf regularly, no possibility to work entirely remotely

Where you belong

The Process Content Tooling & Delivery team is enabling Enterprise Architects, Process Owners and Content Build Experts to efficiently plan, model, document, test and publish business and solution process content by providing the necessary modelling rules, operational support and consumer grade tooling. We support the transformation to a process-based development model based on an integrated tool chain, from design to deployment and operations.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
