Communication Management:
- Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of communication materials related to SAP Experience Center initiatives
- Assist with the management and upkeep of SharePoint pages to ensure seamless operation and accessibility
- Play a vital role in organizing and summarizing SAP Experience Center community meetings
Enablement & Project Management
- Assist in the formulation and maintenance of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Support the tracking of project progress
- Support preparation phase and execution of trainings/workshops
- Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed
- Support in creating communication and strategy assets for Women in Tech program
Content Management:
- Support in maintaining and updating sales relevant assets on content management platforms
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Virtual Account Teams and regional stakeholders to align engagement objectives and contribute to account planning activities
What you bring
- Preferred fields of study: Marketing, Business Administration, Computer science, Economics
- Computer skills: Word, Power Point, Excel, Sharepoint, MS Teams, Kanban
- Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus
- Soft Skills: Team Player, Work experience in the SAP Experience Center context is a big plus
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively with strong organizational skills
- Communication & Networking: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and engage confidently with customers
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Understanding of SAP’s solutions and ability to tailor content to customer needs
- Creativity & Innovation: Skilled in storytelling, presentation customization, and integrating new ideas into engagements
- Working for the office Walldorf is required
Where you belong
Our global team consult our internal and external customers and partners around the globe during their customer engagements to provide a best-in-class experience. As part of our creative team, you will work closely with UX designers, developers and business & product owners to shape key experiences, and build cloud centric experiences for our customers & employees.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
