What you'll do

You're currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business, communication, education, or a related field, and you're passionate about how organizations learn and adapt through technology. You enjoy organizing learning content, structuring information, and helping others understand complex topics in simple ways. You're curious about AI and eager to contribute to impactful enablement initiatives.

• Assist in designing and updating learning materials, presentations, and internal documentation on AI topics across various platforms
• Support the creation of enablement and learning assets like presentations, articles, and videos
• Organize logistics for enablement sessions, webinars, or workshops
• Support with tracking and reporting enablement activities
• Help analyze learner engagement data and feedback to improve future sessions
• Participate actively in team meetings and bring in your own ideas

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communications, Media Studies, Psychology, Educational Sciences, Human Resources, Organizational Development
• Skill Set - Must have:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and hands-on attitude, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and structured way of working, with good time management skills
• Experience creating or editing presentations, learning content, or videos/demos
• Experience with MS Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint and ideally learning platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
• Skill Set - Nice to Have:
• Basic understanding of AI or business-related AI use cases
• First exposure to enablement, training, communications, or project support
• We usually work from the office between Tuesday and Thursday. If your schedule allows, joining us on those days would be ideal for team collaboration and support

The AI Advocacy team within the AI Marketing organization is dedicated to telling the SAP Business AI story and building strong communities to ultimately fuel product adoption. As dedicated SAP Business AI ambassadors:

• We build and curate learning experiences that empower employees, partners, and customers
• We develop and maintain the latest technical assets to showcase innovation and excite stakeholders through product truth
• We create market leading content that is masterfully crafted for key business moments (e.g. Sapphire, TechED) and thought leadership opportunities
• We define a visual storytelling direction (design + video) that creates a unified identity across SAP Business AI

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
