What you build
Join the AI Cloud Ops Delivery Team for Joule. We support the Joule team, the creators of SAP's generative AI copilot revolutionising business interactions! Joule simplifies tasks, enhances productivity, and delivers smarter insights across SAP's ecosystem. As part of our team, you'll contribute to shaping the future of AI-driven solutions.
Your Role:
- Support DevOps activities, including infrastructure optimization and automation
- Collaborate on innovative projects to enhance Joule's capabilities
- Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic environment
- Learn how we build agents to leverage AIOps technology
- Enrolled student (f/m/d)
- Programming skills (with Python and/or JVM programming languages like Java or Groovy)
- Experience with cloud-based development using Cloud Foundry, Docker and/or other container technologies
- Good working knowledge of widespread software development tools such as git, github, pip, maven, ... etc.
- Good working experience with UNIX-based shell programming, e.g., bash
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English language skills
- Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Optionally: Experience with Langchain, LLMs, AICore, Jenkins, Azure, ...
- Working from Walldorf office is required 3-4 times per week
Where you belong
You’ll be working in close relationship with our experts to enhance the daily delivery process and outage resolution process. Your role will be to design and implement and enhance AIOps related features used within the whole AI unit. AI is transforming how people in all industries work. It is also transforming the software industry: intelligent applications (agents) are fast becoming the "new normal” expectation of customers and Millennials. Become a part of the SAP AI initiative to learn the latest technologies in a lean startup setting within a large enterprise. Working with a committed, high-energy team, you can make a difference and start building the new SAP.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
