What you'll build
We are looking for a motivated and organized Working Student (f/m/d) to join SAP Labs Germany as a Working Student supporting the Managing Director (MD). You will support the team in various operational, administrative and project management tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international company, develop organizational and communication skills, and contribute to the smooth running of the MD’s daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and helping to organize meetings and workshops for the MD and related teams
- Event and Meeting Logistics: Help coordinate team events, workshops, and team meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and supporting logistical arrangements
- Document Preparation: Support the preparation and updating of PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets for meetings or internal communications
- Managing POs, Costs and budgets
- General Office Tasks: Assist with day-to-day office management tasks such as handling correspondence, managing inventories, and maintaining distribution lists
- Learning and Collaboration: Work with other team members to support ongoing projects, learning initiatives, and ad-hoc requests from the MD
What you bring
- Student Status: You are currently enrolled at a university, ideally in Business Administration, Communications, or a similar field
- Basic Organizational Skills: You enjoy staying organized, can manage your own tasks, and are eager to learn new ways to support a busy office environment
- Communication: Good verbal and written English skills; German skills are a plus but not required
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Willingness to learn new digital collaboration platforms
- Team Player: Friendly, open-minded, and willing to help colleagues and contribute to team projects
- Motivation and Reliability: A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to take initiative in a supportive, learning environment
- Working from the office in Walldorf is required
