What you'll build
As part of the BTP Foundation Design team, you will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with a diverse team whose mission is to design the best possible technology platform experience for our users. Your contribution will be centered around all aspects of team communication, directly supporting the organization’s manager and leadership team. In this role you will gain first-hand exposure to design projects, organizational management, leadership meetings, events and communication. You will gain insights into the field of user experience design and development in a core technology area. Your responsibilities will include
- Assist in team communication, such as coordinating meetings and follow-ups
- Prepare meeting materials, such as agendas, presentations, and reports
- Provide support in project coordination and team event planning
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design-related documents and assets
- Research and gather information as needed for design projects
- Review and improve existing, or define new communication channels and artifacts for the team
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: UX design, HCI, communication, business or similar field
- Computer skills: Microsoft office; some experience with other tools such as figma, mural preferred
- Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in written artifacts
- Team collaboration skills and a positive self-motivated, can-do attitude
- Work well independently, highly organized and reliable, also under tight deadlines and fast-changing environment
