What you'll build

As a Working Student in the AI Advocacy demo team, you will be responsible for maintaining our demo portfolio and help us scale AI storytelling across the business. You will learn how AI demos are built, how to collaborate with internal stakeholders, how we run engaging demo experiences at events, and how to enable colleagues to demo Business AI effectively.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the demo collection process for customer events
• Maintain demo overview documents and the digital demo library
• Review demo assets to ensure high quality standards
• Support with demo creation, including idea brainstorming and storytelling
• Support the preparation of internal demo enablement sessions

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communications, Media Studies, Psychology, Educational Sciences, Human Resources, Organizational Development

Skill Set:

• Basic understanding of business-related AI use cases
• Work experience in project management, product management, or a related field is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and hands-on attitude
• Reliable, independent and structured way of working, with good time management skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

The AI Advocacy team within the AI Marketing organization is dedicated to telling the SAP Business AI story and building strong communities to ultimately fuel product adoption. As dedicated SAP Business AI ambassadors:

• We develop and maintain the latest technical assets to showcase innovation and excite stakeholders through product truth.
• We create market leading content that is masterfully crafted for key business moments (e.g. Sapphire, TechEd) and thought leadership opportunities.
• We define a visual storytelling direction (design + video) that creates a unified identity across SAP Business AI.
• We build and curate learning experiences that empower employees, partners, and customers.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
