• Organization of administrative processes and scheduling of appointments on the cardiology ward
• Admission, transfer and discharge of patients, including support in discharge management
• Carrying out blood sampling and support in the preparation and follow-up of medical rounds
• Contact person for patients, relatives and internal teams; Telephone and correspondence
• Maintenance and management of patient records in the hospital information system
• Ordering as well as archiving and digitization of files

• Training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or comparable medical training
• You have a high level of professional and social competence
• You are motivated and committed
• You are very interested in job-specific further education and training
• You enjoy working cooperatively with all professional groups
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
