Nursing specialist or MFA (m/f/d) for the Geriatrics secretariat

full-time or part-time.

• Organization and coordination of administrative ward procedures
• Patient admission, transfer and discharge incl. discharge management
• Carrying out blood samples
• Support in the preparation and follow-up of medical rounds
• Telephone and written correspondence and appointment management
• Documentation in the HIS, file archiving and ordering

• Successfully completed training as a medical assistant, nurse (m/f/d) or comparable training in the medical field
• Confident handling of medical terminology
• Fast and precise spelling when transcribing digital dictations
• Experienced with MS Office
• You enjoy working cooperatively with all professional groups
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
