Join us at this role of an Accounting Specialist (m/f/d) and play a key role in ensuring accurate financial operations, overseeing daily accounting processes, and maintaining compliance with local and international regulations. The role supports smooth financial reporting across multiple entities while collaborating closely with internal teams and external accounting partners.

About the Role

• Manage month‑end closing activities, ensuring accurate postings and compliance with local regulations and internal policies
• Handle business trip and employee expense settlements in line with internal procedures
• Manage daily bank payments and oversee whitelist verification processes
• Ensure proper circulation, completeness, and correctness of accounting documents in accordance with local GAAP
• Prepare and monitor payment backlog reports
• Maintain and supervise master data management within the accounting system
• Support cooperation with external accounting providers, VAT EU reporting, WHT documentation, and finance tasks for entities in Poland, Estonia, and Finland
  
  

About You

• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in accounting or a similar scope of responsibility, preferably in an international environment
• Solid knowledge of Polish GAAP and familiarity with IFRS reporting
• Strong focus on compliance with local regulations, especially VAT and statutory requirements
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on meeting deadlines
• Comfortable working with ERP and reporting systems; strong Excel skills
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Very good command of Polish and English (minimum B2 level of both).
