As a Junior Digital Media Specialist (m/f/d), you will support the Global Media team in the execution of media campaigns that drive brand awareness and conversions across all Flix markets. This includes our established European and US markets, as well as our growing markets such as Chile, India and Australia, spanning all of our brands (FlixTrain, FlixBus, Greyhound, and Kamil Koç). You will not only be part of a dynamic global team, but you will also contribute to the growth and success of Flix worldwide.

This is a 15-month fixed-term contract, focusing on operational excellence, accuracy, and learning, enabling the team to operate effectively at scale. 

About the Role

• Support the planning and execution of media campaigns worldwide across channels such as YouTube, display, online video, connected TV, out-of-home, and others, as well as manage smaller media campaigns independently, under the guidance of the team
• Assist with campaign checks, pacing reviews, and implementation updates across digital buying platforms, including support with campaign optimizations
• Monitor campaign performance and help identify basic trends, issues, or deviations
• Participate in the preparation of regular performance reports and dashboards, including media cost reporting by ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reports
• Maintain clear documentation of campaign performance and key learnings
• Build a solid understanding of digital media channels, platforms, and measurement fundamentals

About You

• 1–3 years of experience in planning and executing media campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Experience with media buying platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, or similar tools
• Key media KPIs and metrics knowledge, as well as ability to work with data and reports
• Collaborative and able to work in a cross-functional, international environment
• Strong team player with good written and verbal communication skills
• Open and proactive mindset, eagerness to learn and assertiveness within a supportive and guided environment
