Responsibilities
- Define, Plan and monitor strategic R&D projects in alignment with company goals
- Break down the technical content into tasks, project milestones, resource plan and risk analysis
- Coordinate with engineering, product management and business units to ensure clear priorities and timelines
- Track progress, prepare project reports for the Chief Technology Officer and ensure that deliverables are met
- Support decision-making with data-driven insights, KPIs and scenario analysis
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or similar field
- Proven experience in R&D project planning, ideally in energy, power electronics, or industrial solutions
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project / MS Planner/ Jira, or similar)
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
