Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Management Specialist to support supply chain operations across Foundry and Drivetrain facilities in Waterloo, IA. This role will serve as the key liaison for raw casting movements between internal operations and external machined casting suppliers. The position involves daily inventory analysis, demand forecasting, and reporting on overdue orders. Strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of raw castings and manage supplier communications
• Analyze daily inventory reports and provide actionable insights
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts and overdue order reports
• Collaborate with machined casting suppliers and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (recent graduates welcome)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Willingness to learn Microsoft analytical tools, Tableau, and Power BI
• SAP experience is a plus

Additional Information

• Travel between Waterloo sites required
• Metatarsal shoes will be needed (not required immediately)
