About the job

Swarovski is looking for a forward‑thinking and highly driven (Senior) Product Manager to join our Jewelry Components team, with a dedicated focus on Crystal Pearls and Crystal Jewelry Components for beading techniques. In this role, you will shape and expand our B2B portfolio across different jewelry segments, ensuring our assortment supports the evolving needs of bridge and custom jewelry creators, while also exploring opportunities in additional segments beyond jewelry. You will be responsible that our products not only anticipate but exceed customer expectations—managing customer‑specific developments and collaborating closely with our global sales teams and key markets to bring innovative, market‑relevant solutions to life.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee all aspects of product lifecycle management, ensuring your product portfolio meets defined sales, cost, and profit targets
• Define and implement the assortment strategy, considering trends and pricing to expand into new markets and attract new customer groups
• Drive business development activities with selected markets, product offerings, and key customers to identify growth opportunities and strengthen our market position
• Manage international product developments and customers special requests in close cooperation with internal and external partners
• Define product pricing, value propositions, and monitor commercial performance, market trends, and competitor activity
• Collaborate closely and proactively with various departments including Sales, Design, Controlling, Segment Management, Communications, Production, and Supply Chain Management

About you

• A strong academic background (ideally with a focus on marketing, international management, strategy and innovation)
• First experience in product management or similar roles
• A strategic mindset with strong analytical skills, able to balance long-term vision with short- and mid-term goals

• Ideally fluent in English and German, additional languages and experience abroad a strong plus
