• Commercial evaluation of requests for quotations and associated services
• Preparation and processing of commercial quotations and contract negotiations as well as support in setting up processes
• Calculation of prices according to the calculation guidelines national and international
• Participation in contract negotiations with customers and partner companies, taking responsibility for the commercial aspects of projects
• Commercial contract processing towards the customer (invoices, delivery documents, etc.) and alignment with the specialist departments (regarding guarantee processing, letters of credit, forward exchange transactions, etc.)
• Interface to project controlling and accounting

The role can be based in Weeze or Bremen.

• Completed commercial university degree or comparable course of study
• Experience with the preparation, negotiation and processing of export contracts as well as the necessary legal bases (e.g. AWG, KWKG and OECD guidelines)
• Knowledge of ABBV, ABEI, VOL/A and VOL/B as well as the prices and price checks of the contracting authority
• Very good knowledge of SAP R/3, MS Office
• Very good command of written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel
• Goal-oriented and independent working style, commitment and initiative
• Intercultural competence and basic negotiating skills
