- Advise and develop concepts based on CRM best practices
- Design and document business requirements in collaboration with our customer service experts
- Serve as the main point of contact for all technical aspects of CRM implementations
- Create and oversee strategic roadmaps for the development of our CRM architecture
- Implement and customize CRM requirements using Salesforce standard functionalities
- Ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented CRM solutions
Your profile
- At least 7 years of experience in Salesforce, ideally in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of customer-centric business processes in service, marketing, and sales
- Comprehensive understanding of CRM applications and their integration via interfaces
- AI knowledge, preferably Einstein Service and Salesforce AI features
- You are proactive, think strategically, and find smart solutions for complex challenges
- You are a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge with others and is open to new challenges
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
