Your tasks:

• Menu development and planning
• Quality control, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, adherence to hygiene regulations (HACCP)
• Personnel management
• Organization and logistics
• Purchasing Selection of high-quality suppliers and products
• Cost control and budget responsibility, calculation of meals and control of the use of goods
• Coordination with service, management and event planning
• Representation of the establishment, development and maintenance of the restaurant’s culinary profile

Your profile:

• Completed training
• Several years of professional experience, working in various kitchen positions, experience in upscale gastronomy
• Excellent cooking techniques and a deep understanding of ingredients, preparation and presentation
• Knowledge of product knowledge, nutrition, allergens and HACCP hygiene standards
• Leadership skills, ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
• Creativity and innovative spirit, development of new dishes and menus, sense of aesthetics and taste composition
• Understanding of business management, food costing and cost control, purchasing, stock management and budget responsibility
• Strong communication skills, cooperation with service, management and suppliers
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, willingness to work weekends and public holidays
• Knowledge of English
