Manager(ess) for Events & Banquet Sales/Assistant (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Event arrangements and preparation of offers for conferences, exhibitions, events and celebrations
• Organization of the smooth running of events
• Active sales/upselling
• Administrative activities
• Conducting house tours with corporate clients and tour operators
• Accepting and processing event reservations
• Feedback discussions with speakers and bookers
• Efficient and guest-oriented way of working
• Proactive cooperation with all departments of the hotel

Your profile:

• You have a desire for success and many satisfied guests
• You are characterized by creativity, high commitment and a strong team spirit
• You work in a structured and independent manner, you can always be relied on
• Completed vocational training or BA studies in the hotel industry are an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
• Experienced handling of the common Office programs
