Development Engineer (Mechanical Design & Construction for HV Battery Modules) f/d/m

Your tasks:

Design and develop battery modules and systems, ensuring optimal integration into industrial machinery such as cranes, mining vehicles, mobile robots, and construction equipment.
Develop cooling and heating concepts for battery systems to maintain performance and safety.
Engage in systems engineering, ensuring that all mechanical aspects integrate seamlessly within the overall battery system.
Create mechanical production documentation, coordinating closely with the production and industrial automation departments.
Specify and execute testing procedures to validate system robustness and compliance, using SolidWorks for design purposes.

Your profile:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with experience in battery or energy storage systems.
Proficient in mechanical design for complex, large-scale systems and comfortable with industrial integration.
Solid understanding of thermal management in high-power battery applications.
Experienced in systems engineering and using SolidWorks or similar CAD tools for mechanical design.
Ability to work collaboratively in an international team setting and communicate technical concepts effectively.
