Your Duties:

• Design and implement a robust EHS framework that aligns with both national regulations and recognized international standards
• Take ownership of EHS compliance, including responsibilities outlined in occupational safety legislation
• Maintain and continuously enhance existing systems to ensure they remain effective and up to date
• Lead the planning and execution of regular internal and external audits to monitor and improve EHS performance
• Cooperation partner for relevant external authorities, including insurance providers, safety authorities, and environmental agencies
• Support departments in identifying potential risks related to environmental protection, workplace health, and safety
• Drive initiatives to mitigate these risks - such as conducting safety inspections, managing risk assessments, developing emergency protocols, and running drills to test their effectiveness
• Coordinate and deliver EHS-related training programs tailored to employee needs and organizational requirements

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Electronics or equivalentat University / University of Applied Science
• The necessary certification as a Safety Engineer, or equivalent
• Solid experiences in Environmental, Health and Safety management
• Understand the semiconductor industry and clean room environment
• Open to cooperate and participate in cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, German and/ or Chinese is advantageous
• Ability to cooperate effectively and participate in in multicultural and interdisciplinary teams
