To strengthen our Infrastructure Department within the Technical Systems Research Division, we are looking for a Civil Engineer (m/f/d) specialized in pipeline and underground construction, starting as soon as possible.

• Participation in industrial and research projects in the field of pipeline and underground construction
• Preparation and processing of project applications and technical reports
• Conducting research, experiments, and evaluations
• Presentation of research results at conferences and to project partners
• Contribution to scientific publications and technical articles
• Supervision and further development of our test facilities in the Infrastructure Department
• Support in investment planning and project execution

• Degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelor, Master, or Diploma), ideally with a specialization in water management, supply engineering, environmental engineering, or energy
• Solid knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals
• Strong interest in applied research and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Excellent command of German (spoken and written)
• Independent and structured way of working, with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
