Responsibilities arrow_right

Independent management of fixed assets for several companies, including holding and real estate companies
Posting of additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation within financial and tangible assets
Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing tasks in asset accounting as well as accounting support for assets under construction
Preparation of asset schedules and depreciation simulations in accordance with HGB and IFRS
Responsibility for carrying out and posting asset inventories
Preparation of investment valuations for holding companies and assistance in preparing the dependency report
Contact person for auditors
Technical contact person for SAP projects and key user in the area of SAP FI-AA

Qualifications arrow_right

You have successfully completed commercial training with further training as an accountant or successfully completed a degree with a focus on finance and business administration
You have several years of professional experience in asset and balance sheet accounting
You have very good user knowledge of SAP FI and AA, as well as MS Office (especially Excel), ideally SAP customizing and HFM knowledge
You have very good written and spoken German skills (C1) and good English skills
Your sense of responsibility, initiative, reliability, and discretion round out your profile
