Responsibilities arrow_right
- Independent management of fixed assets for several companies, including holding and real estate companies
- Posting of additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation within financial and tangible assets
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing tasks in asset accounting as well as accounting support for assets under construction
- Preparation of asset schedules and depreciation simulations in accordance with HGB and IFRS
- Responsibility for carrying out and posting asset inventories
- Preparation of investment valuations for holding companies and assistance in preparing the dependency report
- Contact person for auditors
- Technical contact person for SAP projects and key user in the area of SAP FI-AA
Qualifications arrow_right
- You have successfully completed commercial training with further training as an accountant or successfully completed a degree with a focus on finance and business administration
- You have several years of professional experience in asset and balance sheet accounting
- You have very good user knowledge of SAP FI and AA, as well as MS Office (especially Excel), ideally SAP customizing and HFM knowledge
- You have very good written and spoken German skills (C1) and good English skills
- Your sense of responsibility, initiative, reliability, and discretion round out your profile
