GLOBAL IT SPECIALIST – CYBER SECURITY (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
- Lead with purpose: together with our team you manage and drive the FHCS IT security and enhance global cyber security posture to the next level
- Shape the future: You evaluate emerging technologies together with our security operation center to drive our cyber security resilient forward.
- Be a trusted advisor: You engage and consult with Key stakeholders in our multi-international team and your peers in Freudenberg Group
- Enable continuous improvement: You consult on IT security and compliance initiatives, ensuring risk mitigation and optimization across FHCS operations.
- Make an impact with insights: You monitor and analyze key security and compliance KPIs to ensure ongoing adherence to internal and external standards.
- Standardize response excellence: You define, document, and improve incident response policies, workflows, and playbooks to ensure standardized, effective, and compliant handling in line with regulatory and business needs.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field—along with a passion for IT security and innovation.
- Profound professional experience in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and IT security. Familiarity with the Microsoft tech stack is a plus.
- Analytical mindset, collaborative spirit and talent for stakeholder management round up the profile
- Knowledge of project management methods and first experience is desirable.
- Strong communication skills paired with business-fluent English. German language skills are a welcome bonus.
