- Strategic Leadership: You define and implement the global strategy for our turbomachinery segment, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Market Development: You identify new business opportunities, foster customer relationships, and expand market share worldwide.
- Customer focus: You partner with global key accounts, anticipate customer needs, and translate them into value-adding solutions.
- Product Management: You drive innovation, product development, and portfolio management in close collaboration with R&D and Operations.
- Team Leadership: You lead, develop, and inspire a global team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Financial Responsibility: You manage budgets, deliver on growth and profitability targets, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Qualifications arrow_right
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA a plus.
- Extensive international leadership experience in a relevant B2B environment, ideally in turbomachinery, power generation, or related industries.
- Proven track record in market development, key account management, and strategic business growth.
- Strong intercultural competence and experience working in a global matrix organization.
- High level of customer orientation, entrepreneurial drive, and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and negotiable in English. German or other languages are a plus.
