Machine Learning Engineer BI (m/f/d)

• You support the development and implementation of machine learning models to optimize e-commerce processes
• You design and implement high-performance data architectures and stable data pipelines, with a focus on AI applications such as forecasting and machine learning models
• You monitor and optimize the performance of databases and data pipelines to continuously increase their efficiency and reliability
• You work in cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and solve complex analytical challenges
• You evaluate new technologies and tools to continuously improve our data infrastructure and processes

• You have a degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, physics or a similar discipline or have a qualified education with relevant practical experience
• You have a solid understanding of programming languages ​​such as Python and DBT
• You have experience working with cloud platforms, ideally with knowledge of Google Cloud (e.g. Terraform, Cloud Composer)
• You have practical knowledge of SQL and databases such as Google BigQuery
• You are proficient in handling various import/export file formats (e.g. CSV, JSON, XML)
• You have experience with code versioning tools such as GitHub
• You have already worked with UNIX/Linux systems
• Ideally, you have knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling
• You have gained initial experience with machine learning methods
• Your strengths lie in working independently with agile methods and you have strong teamwork and good communication skills
• Your German language skills correspond to at least B1 level
