Product management:

• Planning, organizing and maintaining a central race calendar
• International customer training (on-site/virtual)
• Development and management of a reporting system (analysis of damage data, race reports)

Technical customer support:

• Creation of technical information for distribution to customer teams
• Handling and preparation of analysis of damaged parts from customer use
• Action management for technical changes

Technical customer media:

• Creation of customer media (print/online/video)
• Coordination of technical content with the development departments
• Definition and implementation of editorial guidelines (editorial guidelines/glossary) with regard to didactic requirements for customer media
