As a Shipping & Logistics employee (m/f/d), you will use your expertise to efficiently manage processes and guarantee on-time deliveries of the highest quality.

Your tasks:

• Purchasing and awarding of shipping freight and tours
• Creation of delivery notes and invoices
• Daily customer notification and coordination of delivery dates
• Handling complaints and issuing credit notes
• Maintenance and updating of customer master data
• Maintaining sales lists, statistics and price lists
• Close collaboration with sales and purchasing – order entry and processing

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training – freight forwarding clerk preferred
• Professional experience in freight forwarding, logistics or shipping processing
• Confident demeanor and enjoyment of customer contact
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Team player with an independent and responsible work ethic
