Job Responsibilities:
• Bedienen so wie Programmieren von 5-Achs CNC Fräsmaschinen mit Heidenhain
Steuerung
• Selbstständiges Abarbeiten von Fertigungsaufträgen
• Prüfung bzw. Messung der Werkstücke
• Eigenverantwortliche Behebung von Störungen an der Bearbeitungsmaschine
• Qualitätsbewusstes Denken und Handeln
• Einhaltung unseres 5S Standards
• Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von MAFACT Vorgaben
• 3 Schicht bei Bedarf
• Lehrabschluss in einem Metallberuf, idealerweise Zerspanungstechniker/in, CNC-
Techniker/in oder Werkzeugbautechniker/in
• Erfahrung im CNC-Fräsen unbedingt notwendig
• CAM-Programmierung von Vorteil
• Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliche Fertigkeiten
• Fähigkeit, Pläne und Zeichnungen zu lesen
• Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
• Thematische Flexibilität, gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse
• Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung
• Hohe Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit
• Hohes Ausdauervermögen, Lernbereitschaft
• Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Verlässlichkeit
Wir bieten für diese Position ein monatliches Minimum von € 2.891 brutto zzgl. Schichtzulagen. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung sind wir gerne bereit, ein höheres Entgelt zu bezahlen. Dein tatsächliches Vergütungspaket vereinbaren wir gerne in einem persönlichen Gespräch mit dir.
