Your profile:
- Successfully completed technical training in the field of metal, preferably further qualification as a master craftsman (m/f/d)
- Extensive professional experience as well as initial management experience at team or shift manager level in the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge in the field of edges
- Team player (m/f/d) with hands-on mentality
- Assertiveness and strong communication skills coupled with enjoyment in managing employees
- Willingness to work shifts (2 shifts)
- Driving license and car to reach the place of work
Your tasks:
- Programming, setup and operation of bending machines
- Organization of machine occupancy
- Close coordination with the team leader and deputy team leader
- Contact person for employees, team leaders, etc.
- Leadership:
- Resource planning and vacation planning
