Your responsibilites

• Working independently on general assistance and secretarial tasks
• Optimisation of processes in day-to-day business
• Interdepartmental communication and alignment
• Supporting our departments in internal meetings, projects and general enquiries
• Contact person for administrative staff
• Planning of team meetings for the development of the administration team
• Organisation, coordination, as well as preparation and follow-up of appointments and customer events
• Handling agreements and business correspondence in various languages

Your profile

• Completed training and professional experience in a comparable position
• Committed personality with strong communication and organisational skills
• Independent working style and service-driven attitude
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
• Demonstrated stamina and flexibility in handling diverse and dynamic administrative tasks and situations
• Loyal and reliable team player
• Very good command of common MS Office programmes
