Your responsibilities

• Supporting the management in all strategic and operational tasks
• Organisation, coordination, preparation and follow-up of internal and external appointments
• Preparation of documents for presentations, decision papers, statistics and reports
• Administrative handling of all HR-related processes
• Drafting contracts of employment, contract amendments, references and certificates
• Creating analyses and statistics as well as maintenance of personnel data
• Support in the screening of applications and correspondence with applicants
• Handling general assistance and secretarial tasks

Your profile

• Degree or business training, ideally in HR, business administration or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Reliability, along with an independent and well-structured approach to work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in standard MS Office applications
