Life as a 3D Artist - Product & Brand Visualization

We’re looking for a 3D Artist who thinks like a designer and works like a craftsperson, someone who understands materials, light, and form and turns raw assets into premium visuals that feel real, intentional, and on-brand — with a strong focus on automotive across campaigns, products, activations, and digital experiences.

3D at LOOP is about bringing brands into the physical world — even when they only exist on screen. In this role, and with a strong focus on Motorsports, you’ll shape products, surfaces, and environments in three dimensions, combining a strong design sensibility with technical precision. And sometimes, you’ll simply experiment and play with objects, forms, and materials to create bold, edgy 3D visuals that push the look and feel of the brand forward.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Drive design across media and create striking 3D visuals for digital campaigns, motorsports events, and social media, ensuring a seamless brand experience.
• A solid understanding of 3D data workflows, especially automotive modelling, UV mapping, and building shaders from scratch, is essential. Confidently work with industry standard 3D tools such as Blender and Cinema 4D, alongside high-quality rendering workflows like Redshift. Experience with Houdini is a plus. Familiarity with tools such as Unreal Engine, Stable Diffusion, or similar experimental workflows is a bonus.
• Translate brand direction and creative concepts into refined, high-quality 3D visuals with a strong sense of materiality, light, and form.
• Elevate existing automotive assets into polished, production-ready visuals that meet the highest quality standards.
• Craft visuals that excite and engage audiences worldwide through composition, perspective, and subtle motion.
• Ensure all outputs are technically sound and optimized for use across channels and formats.
• Collaborate closely with designers, motion artists, and creative teams to deliver seamless brand experiences.
• Integrate AI and emerging tools where they add value and open up new creative possibilities.
• Balance creative ambition with precision, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Energized by fast-paced environments and ready to take on high-profile, high-stakes projects. 
• Fluency in English language is required; German is a plus.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 50,000.
