Your profile
- You are sociable, like to go out of yourself and can put yourself in your customers’ shoes
- You have a sporty appearance
- You speak business-fluent German and have good rhetoric and pronunciation
- You enjoy looking after customers and have sales talent
- You are interested in the telecommunications industry as well as in digitization
- In addition, you will enjoy telephone customer service as well as in the virtual room
Your tasks
- Competent and friendly enthusiasm, advice and support for customers in the A1 Shop
- Active approach and contact with new private customers
- Delve into the A1 product world and further development in digitization
- In customer discussions, you will recognize the needs of existing or future A1 customers and find the right solutions
- Optimal presentation of the sales area and A1 products
